Work Environment\n

As a remote telehealth position, our Licensed Mental Health Counselor will enjoy the flexibility of providing care from the comfort of their own professional environment. While this role is remote, our team thrives on collaboration, utilizing virtual platforms to connect our interdisciplinary team of therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance use history of clients, accurately identifying co-occurring disorders.

• Work collaboratively with clients to design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique mental health and substance use needs, using evidence-based approaches.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing clients' coping mechanisms, developing relapse prevention strategies, and addressing emotional regulation challenges.

• Engage effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care, including actively participating in case conferences.

• Provide regular substance use monitoring, applying motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients throughout their recovery journey.

• Educate clients and their families about the dynamics between mental health issues and substance use disorders, highlighting the significance of compliance with treatment protocols.

• Ensure all documentation related to treatment progress and interventions is methodically maintained, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Stay current by participating in ongoing training sessions focused on integrated care practices and co-occurring disorder treatment advancements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
