Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities.

• Collaboratively develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns and set clear therapeutic goals.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while utilizing our user-friendly therapist portal.

• Document clinical notes in a timely manner, leveraging integrated digital tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques when necessary to assist clients facing behavioral challenges, promoting skills for better management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other behavioral health challenges. Your role will involve not only addressing immediate concerns but also fostering long-term growth and resilience in clients, particularly in navigating the complexities of co-occurring disorders and substance abuse. You will have the privilege of building therapeutic relationships, thereby impacting the lives of adolescents and their families positively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work, holding active State licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
