Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment pathways.

• Deliver various therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy services, maintaining a client-centered approach throughout.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is essential.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.
