Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health status and substance abuse history of clients.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet client needs.

• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as a LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing technology and software, including Google Suite and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

• A high level of organizational skills to manage caseload and client documentation effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing telehealth services to adolescents and young adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
