Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video conferencing, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving stable, low-acuity adults who require support for a variety of mental health issues. This population includes individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other common concerns. You will help clients enhance their quality of life by equipping them with skills to cope effectively and thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Valid and fully recognized professional license to practice independently, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses will be considered, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions against their licenses.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy for clients' experiences.
\n
• Strong computer literacy to navigate our user-friendly telehealth platform efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.

• Proficiency in working with diverse populations and a variety of therapeutic techniques.

• Previous experience with assessment and crisis intervention is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and availability. Additionally, you will enjoy a sign-on bonus for joining our team, as well as weekly direct deposit for your convenience. Full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, enhancing overall compensation.
