Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique mental health needs and challenges.

• Formulate clinical diagnoses based on assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that outline goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Provide therapy sessions, both individual and group, employing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, or person-centered therapy tailored to each client's needs.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring that treatment plans, progress notes, and all assessments are accurate, confidential, and compliant with legal and ethical standards.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and treatment strategies to enhance outcomes.

• Provide education to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, working as an advocate for clients' needs throughout their recovery journey.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision to remain informed about the latest advancements and best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in California is required.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is essential.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a mental health counseling role is required, with a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
