This position is 100% remote, providing the flexibility to work from your own home while engaging with patients via our telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to established therapeutic frameworks and treatment protocols.

• Collaborate closely with nursing staff to monitor patient behaviors and provide logistical support as patients engage in their therapeutic processes.

• Document patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner using our electronic health record (EHR) system, capturing progress notes that truly reflect the patient's journey towards their treatment goals.

• Maintain a clear understanding of individual treatment plans and actively participate in modifying these plans based on patient progress and feedback.

• Provide orientation and support to patients and their families regarding treatment processes, resources, and expectations.

• Demonstrate effective crisis management skills, identifying and addressing any behavioral changes or warning signs of aggression promptly and competently.

• Advocate for patients’ needs by engaging with other providers or services to enhance their therapeutic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health services target a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with clients ranging from adolescents to adults, providing culturally sensitive counseling that honors each individual’s unique background and needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid independent license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, make informed decisions, and develop collaborative treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families while maintaining professional boundaries.
\n
• Proficiency in using digital health tools for therapy and documentation, coupled with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting focusing on psychotherapy and counseling.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is advantageous, as familiarity with virtual care offerings can significantly enhance patient engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness approaches, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
