This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining work-life balance. Although you will work independently, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with fellow professionals to coordinate care and ensure that all patient needs are addressed effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations of patient progress.

• Coordinate with community resources, treatment programs, and support groups to offer holistic care and referrals that enhance patient well-being.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers and family members to craft discharge plans that ensure seamless transitions and ongoing support for clients.
\n
• Adhere to established federal, state, and local standards, ensuring compliance with the Mental Health Practice Act in all aspects of practice.
\n
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks, responding proactively to the needs of new, current, and discharging patients in your care.
\n
• Conduct social work consultations to provide additional support and crisis intervention, especially in challenging situations.
\n
• Educate families and caregivers about mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources to empower them in their caregiving roles.
\n
• Advocate for clients by ensuring effective communication among multidisciplinary teams and addressing systemic barriers to care.
\n
• Identify and mitigate risks related to patient care, such as potential delays or complex discharge needs, while collaborating with appropriate stakeholders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Your expertise will help individuals navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, as well as provide support for families dealing with complex dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or Psychologist.

• Experience with community mental health resources and knowledge of local support systems.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient or community mental health setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for case management and documentation.

• Experience in crisis intervention and family therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to qualified candidates.
