Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand each client's mental health history and needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's requirements.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor their progress.

• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans meticulously while ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

Your clients will range from adolescents to adults grappling with a variety of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. You will focus on enhancing their personal growth and well-being through a supportive therapeutic relationship. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients.

• A strong foundation in empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

• Prior experience working with trauma-informed care is a plus.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and billing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
