Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will undertake a variety of critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients’ psychosocial needs to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Managing case files and providing short-term counseling to optimize patient outcomes during crises.

• Assisting clients in navigating entitlements and benefits applications, ensuring that they have access to necessary resources to foster independence.

• Facilitating access to prescription cost assistance through validation with pharmaceutical programs and community resources.

• Advocating for patients by liaising with community agencies, ensuring that their voices are heard and their needs are met.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, while preparing necessary reports and documentation.

• Coordinating transportation assistance for clients when needed, recognizing the role accessibility plays in treatment adherence.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling capacity.
