Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions with clients via video and text platforms to discuss their emotional and mental health challenges.

• Guiding clients through the therapeutic process by encouraging open dialogue about their feelings and past experiences.
\n
• Setting and helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals, tailoring interventions to meet each individual’s unique needs.

• Identifying barriers to recovery and working proactively to implement strategies that promote healing and resilience.

• Providing recommendations for healthy coping mechanisms and lifestyle changes to enhance clients' overall well-being.

• Monitoring clients' progress throughout their treatment plans and adjusting approaches as necessary to optimize mental health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults presenting with low-acuity mental health concerns. Each client is thoroughly screened for appropriateness, ensuring you spend your time working with individuals who are ready for positive change. Through our platform, you can develop effective therapeutic relationships, helping these clients navigate life’s challenges and improve their emotional health.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Full licensure to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: Limited/provisional licenses are not acceptable, and candidates should have no disciplinary actions on their record.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and approach clients with empathy and understanding.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.

• Proficiency in technology and an aptitude for using digital communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive:
