Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and document case histories from the initial consultation through to treatment completion.

• Individualize and develop tailored intervention and recovery plans based on assessed needs for clients of various demographics.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to promote healing, self-discovery, and emotional resilience among clients.
\n
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans promptly based on therapeutic outcomes and client feedback.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to create cohesive intervention strategies.

• Engage in diligent follow-up with healthcare providers for clients who may require hospitalization, ensuring continuity of care.

• Assist families and primary caregivers in managing mental and behavioral challenges throughout the recovery process.

• Proactively identify potential barriers to client recovery and implement measures to address these challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey treatment concepts clearly to clients and other professionals.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor when working with clients.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
