Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, gathering relevant history and presenting issues to inform treatment decisions.

• Design, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs, using evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing ongoing support and resources to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and specialized therapists, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care through referrals as necessary.

• Engage in crisis intervention when needed, employing robust strategies to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and substance abuse issues. Understanding the cultural and personal contexts that influence each client’s experience is crucial. You will provide inclusive, culturally sensitive care that respects individual backgrounds and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the ability to apply evidence-based practices in therapy.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and a strong comfort level with various computer applications used in telehealth environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with a yearly earnings potential of USD 70,000 to 100,000.
