Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, document findings, and identify areas of concern.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique experiences and therapeutic needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others as applicable.

• Continuously monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adapt treatment plans accordingly to ensure effectiveness.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide comprehensive care and ensure coherence in treatment approaches.

• Engage in community outreach to educate families about mental health resources and encourage involvement in their loved one's recovery process.

• Document all sessions accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, with salaries ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
