Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately gauge clients' emotional and psychological states, applying strong diagnostic skills to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.

• Facilitate engaging and supportive individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques as necessary to encourage participation and progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and practical support.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records that comply with ethical standards and local regulations, including progress notes and treatment documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, advocating for their rights and needs, and providing resources and referrals to community services.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training and workshops to stay current with best practices in therapy and mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
