The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for new clients to understand their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues.

• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team—including psychologists, psychiatry professionals, and social workers—to ensure clients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and seminars to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of the latest trends and evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.

• Regularly contribute ideas for service improvement and innovative therapy techniques to enhance patient engagement and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license or certification in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, providing therapeutic services to varied populations.
