Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Delivering care through an 8-week, structured evidence-based program, utilizing therapeutic modalities aligned with best practices for effective outcomes.
\n
• Monitoring participant progress and maintaining thorough session notes, ensuring accurate documentation that meets HIPAA standards.
\n
• Providing follow-up communications to clients to assess their ongoing needs and facilitate care coordination recommendations.
\n
• Assisting clients in accessing resources, acquiring necessary consent and authorization forms while navigating through any barriers they may face.
\n
• Identifying and responding appropriately to high-risk encounters, prioritizing client safety in all interactions, and adhering to established company protocols.
\n
• Engaging in regular meetings with clinical supervisors and participating in monthly team meetings and Town Halls to promote a culture of transparency and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from varying backgrounds and age groups, each facing unique challenges in their mental health journeys. You will be instrumental in helping clients develop actionable skills and foster lasting positive changes as you guide them through tailored therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

Candidates for this position must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a current license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patient appointments, demonstrating commitment to client care.
\n
• Clinical experience in conducting psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies, particularly CBT and DBT.

• A deep passion for making a meaningful impact on clients' lives and the future of behavioral health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Oasis of Healing Counseling Center values the contributions of our team members. Compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on your experience and hours worked. Additionally, our compensation package includes:
