Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify mental health needs and establish tailored therapy treatment goals for each individual.

• Administer individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to promote healing and growth.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records of patient observations, therapy interventions, and treatment progress to ensure effective care.

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet changing patient needs.

• Provide patients with valuable information and guidance about community resources, support groups, and therapeutic activities to enhance their overall well-being.

• Offer individual, group, and family psychotherapy, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Document all therapy sessions and treatment interventions meticulously, fulfilling regulatory and organizational requirements.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure cohesive patient care and holistic treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active independent licensure in California: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated passion for helping others achieve better mental health outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting is required, with prior experience in a community health clinic preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
