Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at improving clients' emotional and psychological well-being.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, catering to unique challenges faced by clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele at Senior Care Therapy Center will primarily consist of adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges. You are expected to work closely with clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. A keen understanding of the dynamics affecting these populations will be essential in crafting effective treatment strategies that cater to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
