Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, focused on helping clients articulate their feelings and thoughts to foster personal insight.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients across various demographics, focusing primarily on individuals with low-acuity mental health concerns. Our prescreening process ensures that you are matched with clients who are stable and ready for therapeutic support, allowing for more productive counseling sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent licensure from the state board as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to assess, evaluate, and implement effective treatment plans for a variety of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Strong proficiency in technology, including telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and virtual communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your experience and client caseload. In addition to an attractive salary, we provide:
