Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses through interviews, questionnaires, and collaborative discussions to identify their psychological needs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Maintain regular follow-up sessions with clients to monitor progress, adapt treatment strategies, and provide therapeutic support and coping strategies.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that adopt inclusive and culturally responsive methodologies, enhancing the therapeutic experience for every individual.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and clinical staff, to ensure comprehensive care and appropriate referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
