Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through both initial consultations and ongoing evaluations.

• Design personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with practical tools to manage their mental health issues.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients requiring multidimensional support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes through our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Remain fully compliant with ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries in all client interactions.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 4 years of direct clinical experience as a licensed mental health counselor.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
\n
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in delivering evidence-based individual and group therapy, particularly in a remote setting, is highly preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
