Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive counseling services tailored to the unique needs of a multicultural client base, including medication prompts, adherence monitoring, and support for medication management as needed.

• Facilitate logistics for clients by providing transportation guidance, teaching public transportation usage, and helping clients maintain their medical appointments.
\n
• Monitor client safety and wellbeing, reporting on emotional and behavioral trends while implementing necessary safety protocols.
\n
• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, including client notes, mileage reports, and progress towards treatment goals, following regulatory and organizational standards.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to ensure a consistent and holistic approach to each client's care.
\n
• Support clients in developing skills for daily living, such as shopping, meal planning, and other activities that promote independence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will comprise a broad spectrum of individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups, each presenting unique challenges. By employing culturally competent counseling techniques, you will help clients navigate various social and emotional issues—ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC; please note that applicants with only an associate license cannot be considered.

• Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, to enhance efficiency in client documentation and communication.

• Self-motivated and able to manage a caseload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• While experience working with geriatric populations is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is between USD 120,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
