Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
\n
• Conduct thorough initial assessments and maintain ongoing evaluations to track client progress.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary team members.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and clinical discussions to enhance treatment strategies and outcomes.

• Supervise Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, offering guidance and mentorship in clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with face a variety of challenges related to substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues, with a particular focus on mood disorders. Your expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be essential in helping clients navigate their struggles effectively. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required to provide the necessary knowledge for this clinical role.

• License: A current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.

• Experience: At least three years of relevant post-licensure experience in the mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, this position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.
