Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse histories.

• Facilitating individual therapy and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailored to meet clients' diverse needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with pre-screened clients who are stable and exhibit low acuity needs. This allows you to focus on what you do best — providing compassionate and effective care to clients seeking support. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate various challenges in their lives, whether they are seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, family issues, or relationship struggles.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• Proficiency in telehealth practices, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with adolescents and young adults.

• A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training in evidence-based treatment methodologies, which we utilize in our care pathways.

• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with navigating digital tools, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
