Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions through secure video conferencing to foster therapeutic relationships with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are adults who are seeking mental health support but may prefer the convenience and privacy of teletherapy. All clients are meticulously screened to ensure they are stable adults who can engage in sessions without acute crises. This approach allows you to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with individuals who appreciate the flexibility of remote counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a current and unrestricted license to practice independently in Washington State as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted. Candidates must have a clean professional record without any disciplinary actions against their licenses.
