Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Must possess an active and independent professional license in California as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not eligible.

• Demonstrated ability to make sound clinical evaluations and treatment recommendations is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds are critical for success in this role.

• Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records, is required.
