Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health and substance use backgrounds, ensuring tailored and effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to foster growth and recovery.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver integrated care that addresses the diverse needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will primarily work with adolescents and young adults, providing therapeutic support for a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. Clients have been pre-screened, allowing you to focus on treatment rather than crisis intervention. Each individual you work with will come from diverse backgrounds, offering a rich tapestry of experiences that contribute to a fulfilling and dynamic therapy environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD in the state of California is required.
