Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, factors influencing symptomology, and required treatment goals, ensuring a tailored approach for each client.

• Formulate culturally sensitive treatment plans that are family-centered and inclusive, delivering outpatient services that encompass both individual and family counseling sessions.

• Utilize trauma-informed care practices to foster a safe and empathetic therapeutic environment, making adjustments based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including service coordinators and clinical peers, to exchange insights that support comprehensive care.

• Prepare and complete essential clinical documentation, including client histories, service plans, and progress notes, in accordance with departmental requirements and compliance standards.

• Maintain meticulous case files and records, ensuring adherence to programmatic standards for documentation and confidentiality.

• Carry a manageable client caseload, dynamically adjusted based on service demand and organizational needs, providing timely follow-ups and crisis interventions as necessary.

• Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the growth of our therapeutic practices.

This role places emphasis on supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing mental health challenges. You will engage primarily with vulnerable populations, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and interpersonal conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.

• Possession of an active clinical license in California, specifically LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent, with no pending supervisory requirements.

• Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain a high standard of personal accountability and ethics in both remote and in-person settings.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health capacity is required, a background of two to four years working directly with diverse and vulnerable populations is preferred. Ideal candidates will showcase proficiency in case management and an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.
