Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality clinical consultation and support to fellow clinicians on mental health matters across diverse patient populations.

• Effectively interpret and relay crucial patient and family information, including social histories, to appropriate staff and healthcare providers.

• Lead the coordination of individualized patient care plans by assessing home environments and recommending tailored interventions.

• Plan, implement, and monitor treatment strategies, conducting thorough reviews of provider cases to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain detailed progress notes and documentation after each client session, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
