Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough preliminary interviews and maintain meticulous documentation throughout the client's journey, starting from initial consultations to concluding therapy sessions.

• Evaluate clients' mental and emotional health through standardized assessments and personalized interviews, ensuring accurate diagnoses that guide treatment planning.

• Develop and implement tailored intervention and recovery plans for diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, grounded in the latest evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that promote personal growth, resilience, and coping strategies for managing mental health challenges.

• Continuously monitor progress against treatment goals and adjust therapeutic strategies as necessary, maintaining open communication with clients about their developments.

• Follow up on care plans and stay connected with outside medical professionals for clients who may require hospitalization or specialized treatment.

• Support family members and primary caregivers by providing guidance and resources to help them manage the mental and behavioral health challenges of their loved ones.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
