Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that address their unique situations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing secure digital platforms, tailoring services to each client’s needs—whether that be individual therapy, couple’s sessions, or family counseling.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic and achievable therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support, guidance, and adjustments to the treatment plan as needed throughout the process.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, or solution-focused therapy, depending on the needs and preferences of the clients.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in accordance with state regulations and company policies, tracking client progress to inform future interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
