Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate mental health status and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as group counseling, based on your expertise and the specific needs of our clientele.

• Perform mental health screenings and detailed evaluations to identify treatment requirements, adjusting approaches based on patient responses.

• Document treatment progress and adapt methodologies using evidence-based practices that align with our organization’s vision for wellness.

• Engage in regular team meetings to ensure consistent communication regarding patient care and development of collaborative initiatives.

• Stay informed of current trends in mental health and contribute to the organization’s curriculum for workshops and training programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at our organization, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, families, and couples facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will provide crucial support to individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, and other behavioral health issues. You will play a key role in fostering relationships that empower clients to achieve personal growth and heal intergenerational trauma.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Clinical Counseling (LPCC), or Social Work (LCSW).

• A valid state license in your respective discipline (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
