Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through structured interviews and standardized tools to determine their status.

• Develop tailored therapy plans that address individual client challenges, integrating evidence-based practices and culturally responsive approaches.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, providing clients with constructive tools and coping strategies to manage their conditions.

• Monitor clients' progress towards their therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to create a cohesive treatment approach that benefits the client.

• Document and maintain accurate client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, addiction, and eating disorders. Your insight and experience will be crucial in providing specialized support that acknowledges each client's unique background and cultural context.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
\n
• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience is required.
\n
• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and demonstrated proficiency in implementing evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Strong skills and experiences in delivering both individual and group therapy services.
\n
• Proficient in crisis intervention and able to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in the use of EHR systems and various telehealth platforms.
\n
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles is a plus.

• Experience working with specific populations, such as adolescents or individuals with substance abuse issues, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
