Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and related mental health issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to address both addiction and underlying psychological conditions.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at New Horizons, you will work primarily with clients facing substance abuse challenges alongside mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, which is contingent upon experience and qualifications.
