Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from ethnic and cultural minority groups, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and immigrant populations. Each patient presents unique experiences and psychological needs, providing a rich environment for therapeutic exploration and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Demonstrated understanding of various mental health disorders, combined with a proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy with a firm grounding in culturally responsive practices.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor during high-pressure situations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
