This role is entirely remote, enabling Mental Health Counselors to manage their schedules flexibly while connecting with clients across various locations. Each counselor will use secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and providing effective, client-centered care during 30-minute virtual sessions. Having a stable internet connection is crucial as you will engage with clients via platforms such as Zoom or Skype, and an efficient electronic medical records system supports your sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual telehealth counseling sessions, offering personalized guidance tailored to each client's unique challenges and aspirations.

• Address a variety of sub-clinical issues including work-related stress, procrastination, and work-life balance, focusing on strategies for improvement and personal development.

• Help clients articulate and set attainable personal or career goals, facilitating constructive discussions around relationships and overall life satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to enhance the counseling program and report insights for refining our virtual platform to better serve clients' needs.

• Maintain accurate client records, documenting session notes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Your primary focus will be on clients who may not be experiencing severe mental health issues but are seeking guidance for everyday challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure or certification as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
