Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health conditions, identifying their unique needs and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that our clients receive the best care suited to their circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide flexible teletherapy options, catering to clients who may have preferences for virtual sessions or accessibility challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate records of client progress and treatment interventions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including training in our evidence-based treatment frameworks, which we refer to as 'care pathways', to remain abreast of evolving therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an advanced degree such as a Master’s in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering telehealth therapy, especially for adolescents and young adults.

• Strong comfort level using technology, including EHR systems and the Google Suite, to manage client interactions and documentation.
