Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health statuses, determining appropriate diagnostic criteria.

• Collaboratively design treatment plans that may include individual therapy, group sessions, and family involvement as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing therapy sessions to monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment strategies based on their evolving needs.

• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, making referrals to psychiatrists or additional therapeutic resources as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, with a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and solid interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to practice cultural competence in therapy, ensuring all clients feel respected, understood, and valued.

• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively in day-to-day operations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in delivering individual and group therapy, particularly using culturally responsive approaches, is highly advantageous. Strong crisis intervention skills, alongside an ability to remain composed in challenging situations, will also greatly enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
