This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements. You will have the freedom to create your schedule within standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly one-on-one therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, focusing on individual adult clients.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals and psychiatric providers to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize automatically generated symptom self-assessments, functional improvements, and goal progress metrics to assess and refine treatment approaches.

• Engage in ongoing consultation with colleagues to enhance therapy efficacy and share best practices.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role primarily involves working with a diverse clientele of individuals who may be experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. You will utilize a person-centered approach to engage clients in meaningful dialogue and therapeutic interventions, empowering them to unlock their potential and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing telehealth therapy, specifically to adolescents and young adults.

• Competency in leveraging technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), for effective practice management.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with a professional demeanor.
\n
• Ability to establish rapport with clients through warmth, empathy, and active engagement.
\n
• 2-3 years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• A home office setup that ensures confidentiality and client privacy during therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specific evidence-based treatment modalities preferred, with a willingness to participate in further training offered by Lightheaded Counseling.

• Familiarity with frameworks addressing a range of clinical issues relevant to outpatient therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
