Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions—whether individual, couples, family, or group therapy—addressing clients’ specific mental, emotional, and behavioral concerns.

• Employ diverse therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to tailor treatment plans that align with clients' goals.

• Assist clients in developing actionable coping strategies and skills, such as mindfulness practices and stress management, to enhance their emotional resilience and overall well-being.

• Maintain the highest ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

• Provide informed decision-making support by presenting multiple treatment options to clients and explaining the benefits and risks of each.

Qualifications\n

• A valid master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, showcasing a well-rounded background in mental health treatment.
