Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients’ mental health status during online consultations to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices to help clients address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and traumatic experiences.

• Regularly meet with clients via teletherapy sessions to monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, providing them with practical coping strategies and support.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring approaches are culturally sensitive and inclusive.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to refer clients for additional services, such as psychiatric evaluation or medical treatment when appropriate.

• Document all client interactions in a timely manner through our EHR systems while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele who may be facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to emotional distress, behavioral issues, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in addressing a range of psychological disorders.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methods, therapies, and models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.

• Commitment to ethical practice, including maintaining confidentiality and establishing professional boundaries.

• Proficient use of digital tools and EHR systems to streamline client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
