Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical interviews and assessments to determine individual, family, and group counseling needs.

• Effectively manage psychiatric emergencies, diagnose mental health disorders, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Apply principles of adult psychology, ensuring adherence to patient rights and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Accurately assess clients’ mental health using established diagnostic criteria and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Assess crisis situations swiftly, providing immediate treatment or appropriate referrals while maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Evaluate clients for potential medication referrals, and participate actively in their ongoing treatment assessments.
\n
• Facilitate intake processes, gathering comprehensive patient and family histories, offering crisis intervention, and overseeing case referrals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to review cases, discuss treatment strategies, monitor client progress, and contribute to the development of progress reports.

• Assist in creating individualized and group treatment plans that target a range of mental, emotional, and family disorders.

• Continuously evaluate and adapt treatment plans, ensuring that they align with patients' evolving needs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical histories to monitor client progress and inform future diagnostic evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population within a community health clinic setting. Our clients range from individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, and relationship issues to families navigating complex dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Active professional license to practice in the USA as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure from an accredited state board (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth services, crisis intervention, and various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or substance abuse counseling will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is also beneficial for streamlining documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
