Key Responsibilities\n

• Build a strong, trust-based rapport with patients, ensuring a safe space for open communication.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field is required.

• Candidates must possess a current and valid license in one of the following: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Counseling (LPCC), or Social Work (LCSW).

• At least three years of experience in mental health counseling, specifically dealing with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges.

• A minimum of one year of direct counseling experience, ideally with a background in substance abuse treatment or individual and group therapy.
