Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Rising Perspective Counseling, you will work with a broad range of clients, including children, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active license as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or comparable in the state of California.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating competence in therapeutic interventions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele and collaborate with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualification requires two years of clinical experience, we highly value additional expertise in marriage and family therapy, particularly with culturally diverse populations. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy practices are also desirable characteristics.
