Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments during initial consultations to accurately evaluate each client's mental, behavioral, and emotional health.

• Create tailored treatment and intervention plans for individuals, couples, and families to facilitate their recovery journey.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, applying various evidence-based modalities to address clients' specific needs.

• Document client progress meticulously, from the initial interview through treatment completion, to support effective clinical outcomes.

• Develop and maintain productive collaborations with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, physicians, and social workers, to optimize client care.

• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to interventions based on responsiveness and feedback.

• Assist clients' families and primary caregivers in understanding and managing mental health challenges faced within the family unit.

• Manage referrals to external services as needed, ensuring continuity of care as clients transition through different levels of support.

You will be working with a diverse clientele reflecting a range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California is essential.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
