Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, substance use issues, and adjustment difficulties. You will be tasked with creating a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies that foster resilience and promote mental health. Your ability to communicate effectively with a culturally diverse population will be integral to the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, aligned with experience and qualifications.
