Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify clients' needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Engage with clients through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and emotional stability.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive and cohesive care tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to support their mental well-being, while actively advocating for their needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
