Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video sessions with clients, providing timely and insightful therapy to address their mental health needs.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to articulate their thoughts and feelings, helping them gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in establishing and pursuing their personal mental health goals.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans, employing a solution-focused methodology that aligns with their unique needs.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will consist of adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, typically characterized as low-acuity or stable. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent clinical license, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient computer literacy skills, essential for telehealth platforms and electronic health record maintenance.
