Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver counseling services that address a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records, including patient histories, assessment notes, treatment plans, diagnoses, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies, thereby promoting better understanding and engagement in their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• Demonstrated competence in providing mental health counseling services with a commitment to ethical practice and professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
